Through participants in the COMPARE project, ongoing outbreak investigations and surveillance work can provide real-time data and analysis. Below are the current investigations that we are sharing information, data and analysis.

This site is the beginning of the 'One serves all' analytical framework and data exchange platform that will allow real-time analysis and interpretation of sequenced-based pathogen data in combination with associated data (metadata).
