WP02, task for sample handling, has posted laboratory operating procedures (LOPs) and they are open for review
WP02, tasked to optimize and harmonize sample handling for NGS and related methods, is compiling procedures on the COMPARE Share Site (WP 02 Handling / Draft LOPs/). They have now posted procedures for Sample Homogenisation, Nucleic Acid Extraction, Nucleic Acid Quantification, and Fragmentation as well as a Workflow Overview.
Feedback on any problems following the protocols or any suggestions for improvement are welcome.
