The analysis has been run on the Copenhagen sewage data and it is available for comment

In addition to the Global Sewage Surveillance Project, DTU has since November 2015 collected sewage weekly from Copenhagen, Denmark.

These samples have since June 2016 been sequenced in real-time and the data has been released publicly (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metagenomics/projects/ERP015410).

This is done both to increase the interaction with the global research community and general public (Open science), but also to improve the flexible sharing IT-platform from WP9.
